Named for the classic ‘90s Hawaii resort cocktail
Lemon ∙ Raspberries ∙ Orange ∙ Hibiscus ∙ Liliko‘i (Passion Fruit)
The Lahaina Lemonade has been a staple in Hawaii’s resort cocktail scene since the ‘90s, with countless variations over the years. But to be a true Lahaina Lemonade, it should always have a bright lemon and raspberry base. Traditionally made with citrus vodka, Chambord (French raspberry liqueur), and fresh lemon, we’ve taken this classic and elevated it with the perfect balance of orange, hibiscus, and liliko‘i for a tropical twist.
How to Enjoy
Just add 16–20 oz of vodka, chill for 1–3 days, and enjoy!
My favorite way to serve it (but not the only way!):
🍋 2 oz Lahaina Lemonade Infusion – pour over ice
✨ Top with 3 oz sparkling water
🍋 Squeeze 1 lemon wedge
🌀 Gently stir
🌺 Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist and a flower
A bright, refreshing sip of island nostalgia in every glass!
